NAMAI TaeKwonDo offers the highest quality instruction possible and offers separate classes for youths, young teens and adults. TaeKwonDo training improves balance, coordination and self-discipline while learning self defense. Achieving Black Belt excellence is the goal of TaeKwonDo students at NAMAI.

Lil' Dragons

The Lil Dragons program is for children ages 4 - 6. The Program is designed to help young children develop basic mental and physical skills required for the early years of school and life. Each week students study a different skill. This program is a great way to prepare your children for the structure of education.

10 Years Younger total Transformation Course

The newest program highlighting adult fitness is the 10 Years Younger total Transformation Course. It is designed to turn back the clock of your physique and appearance 10 years. Class size is limited to 25 and special pricing is available through January. Call today to reserve your spot!
